Rice Water Bright Cleansing Oil

I usually wear waterproof eyeliner and mascara on the daily, and this cleansing oil has worked beautifully for me. I'm very prone to acne breakouts and have a sensitive skin type, so its oftentimes pretty difficult to find a makeup cleanser that actually works. Other products irritate my skin or take a vigorously long time to remove the makeup itself. This cleansing oil works wonders. It removes my WATERPROOF makeup in the matter of seconds.
