Shipping Information

How much is shipping?

For orders $50 and over, shipping is free.

For orders less than $50, there is a shipping fee of $5.99

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Typically, orders will be processed, packaged, and sent out for delivery 1-2 days after an order is placed. All shipments are sent from Houston, TX. After an order is picked up by its respective carrier, it will usually take around 3-5 business days for an order to arrive. Currently, we do not offer overnight/next-day shipping.

 

Do you offer pickup orders?

Yes! If you live in the Katy/Houston Area, we do offer pickup at our Katy Asian Town location!

Pickup orders will usually take 1-2 days to prepare. When they're ready, we'll send you an email letting you know.

Where do you ship to?

Currently, we only ship to anywhere in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.

 

What shipping carriers do you use?

We primarily use USPS and UPS

 

How can I track my order?

Once an order is placed, an email will be sent to each customer with the tracking number and instructions on how to track the order after your order has been shipped.

 

What is included with my order?

Every order will come with the products you have ordered as well as free samples!
