Returns & Refunds

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your product must be in its original packaging, unopened and unused. We have the right to deny any returns, refunds, or exchanges if we determine that the products are not eligible for a return.

To start a return, please email us informing that you'd like to make a return at yepocosmetics@gmail.com

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. All shipping costs will be paid by Yepo.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, received wrong items or missing items, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If so, please prepare the following:

  • Order Number
  • Pictures of opened package, package contents, and details of your issue

Once your request has been approved, your items will be shipped immediately at no extra cost to you.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure an exchange is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Failed Delivery
For failed deliveries and/or unclaimed packages returned to Yepo due to insufficient address or absence of addressee, please contact us so we can re-ship your order. Please check that the details for your updated address are correct.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
